  • passionate about developing the next generation of school leaders to influence and impact on outcomes for children and young people

  • keen to model, inspire and encourage learning through discovery, questioning, research and sharing experiences

  • join (and lead some of) a team of over 50 school based facilitators who have accessed our bespoke facilitator training and accreditation to deliver the NPQ programmes. 


Inspiring Leaders 

Inspiring Leaders is a not for profit partnership of five outstanding Teaching Schools licensed by the Department of Education to deliver a set of National Professional Qualifications to school leaders across the East Midlands and North Yorkshire.

Inspiring Leaders operates in the East Midlands and the North Yorkshire region. The facilitator role will be required to cover activity in both hubs. 


The leader of programmes will lead chiefly our on NPQSL and NPQML programme provision.
