We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated, classroom-based Leader of Innovation, who has vision, enthusiasm and high expectations for this key leadership role in our forward-thinking school.  As Leader of Innovation your core aims will be:


  • To keep the school at the cutting edge of education by being outward facing and research informed to innovate  

  • To role model outstanding practice as a classroom-based teacher

  • To lead the intent, implementation and impact of the curriculum

  • To support the capacity of the Head teacher of the school

  • To develop as a professional, taking advantage of the opportunities available
